Software Engineer
Lead the design, implementation and optimisation of legal technology solutions, driving efficiency and innovation across the firm’s practice areas using advanced automation, data analytics and cloud‑based platforms.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy document automation and e‑discovery solutions to streamline case preparation and client service.
- Collaborate with legal teams to identify process gaps and translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Manage cloud‑based platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, AWS) ensuring security, compliance and scalability.
- Analyse data to generate insights, improve workflow efficiency and support strategic decision‑making.
- Provide training, support and best‑practice guidance to lawyers and staff on new technology tools.
Requirements
- Proven experience in legal technology implementation, preferably in a large law firm or legal services environment.
- Strong knowledge of document automation, e‑discovery, data analytics and cloud platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders.
- Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
