Legal Consultant - Technology Part-time - Axiom

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with legal and business teams to draft, review, and negotiate technology and commercial contracts for Fortune 500 clients.
• Provide strategic counsel on regulatory compliance, data privacy, and intellectual property issues within technology agreements.
• Analyze contract terms to mitigate risk and ensure alignment with client objectives and industry standards.
• Develop and maintain templates, guidelines, and best‑practice playbooks for technology and commercial agreements.
• Support cross‑functional initiatives, including product launches and partnership agreements, ensuring legal alignment.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) with admission to practice law in a relevant jurisdiction.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in technology law, commercial contracts, or related practice areas.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills with the ability to translate complex legal concepts to non‑legal stakeholders.
• Proficiency in contract management tools and familiarity with SaaS, cloud, and data‑privacy regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a part‑time, client‑focused environment.
