About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic legal counsel to Fortune 500 clients on technology-related matters, including data privacy, cybersecurity, and AI compliance.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex technology contracts, licensing agreements, and service level agreements.
- Advise on regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, CCPA, and emerging AI regulations, ensuring client adherence.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for cloud computing and data storage solutions.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support product development, ensuring legal requirements are embedded from inception.
Requirements
- 2‑10 years of post‑qualification experience in technology law.
- Deep knowledge of data privacy, cybersecurity, IP, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI/ML legal implications.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and client‑management abilities.
