About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of regulatory strategy for stablecoin, digital payment, and digital asset initiatives across diverse jurisdictions.
- Assess and interpret evolving cryptocurrency, stablecoin, payments, and digital asset regulatory frameworks, translating complex legal requirements into clear, actionable guidance for business and product teams.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to design compliant product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations and market best practices.
- Monitor regulatory developments, advise on risk mitigation, and proactively recommend policy adjustments to maintain competitive advantage.
- Represent the client in regulatory discussions, industry forums, and with governmental bodies to shape favorable outcomes.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal qualification with admission to practice in at least one major jurisdiction.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cryptocurrency, digital payments, or fintech regulatory law.
- Deep understanding of stablecoin, digital asset, and payment regulatory frameworks across multiple regions.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to translate complex legal concepts into practical business solutions.
