About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in‑depth legal research to inform AI model training and validation for compliance solutions.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to translate regulatory requirements into functional product features.
- Evaluate and refine AI outputs, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and alignment with evolving legal standards.
- Document findings, create technical specifications, and support knowledge base development for internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in cross‑functional workshops to iterate on product roadmaps and user experience.
Requirements
- Law degree with strong analytical and research skills.
- Experience in regulatory compliance, preferably within legal tech or AI contexts.
- Familiarity with AI concepts such as NLP, machine learning pipelines, and data annotation.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex legal concepts into technical requirements.
- Proactive, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑moving, collaborative environment.
