Learning Analytics Specialist - Life Chiropractic College West

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and integrate data from LMS, assessment platforms, and institutional systems to create comprehensive learning datasets.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visual reports using Tableau or similar tools to track student progress, retention, and program effectiveness.
• Apply statistical modeling and machine learning techniques in Python to identify patterns, predict outcomes, and recommend interventions.
• Collaborate with faculty, curriculum designers, and administrators to translate analytical findings into actionable improvements for courses and programs.
• Document analytical methodologies, ensure data quality, and uphold privacy and compliance standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Education Technology, Statistics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in learning analytics, educational data mining, or similar analytical roles.
• Proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit‑learn) and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
• Strong data visualization skills with Tableau, Power BI, or comparable platforms.
• Excellent communication skills to present complex insights to non‑technical stakeholders.
