Key Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end program lifecycle for procurement operations initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical architecture.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and finance teams to define requirements, scope, and success metrics for system enhancements.
- Lead cross‑functional teams, facilitating agile ceremonies, risk mitigation, and status reporting to senior stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement of procurement processes, leveraging data analytics to identify bottlenecks and recommend automation opportunities.
- Manage program budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships to deliver high‑quality outcomes on schedule.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 8+ years of program management experience with a proven track record of delivering complex technical projects.
- 5+ years in leadership roles, managing teams or cross‑functional initiatives.
- Deep understanding of procurement operations and experience with technical systems such as ERPs.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
