About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect the end‑to‑end sovereign cloud OS, from hardware abstraction to inference serving and agent orchestration.
- Lead a distributed engineering team across the USA and India, driving delivery cadence and technical excellence.
- Define and enforce security, compliance, and data residency standards for defense, healthcare, and financial workloads.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture to integrate the platform with government and enterprise ecosystems.
- Champion open‑source principles, ensuring the stack remains vendor‑agnostic and auditable.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in cloud and AI platform architecture, with a proven track record in large‑scale, secure deployments.
- Deep expertise in Kubernetes, distributed systems, and DevOps practices.
- Strong leadership skills, having managed cross‑regional engineering teams.
- Experience with compliance frameworks (e.g., FedRAMP, GDPR, ITAR) and secure data handling.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
