About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full design lifecycle from research to high‑fidelity prototypes for a unified fintech platform.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define user flows, wireframes, and visual designs.
- Establish and maintain a scalable design system, ensuring consistency across web and mobile experiences.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform iterative design improvements.
- Mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity, quality, and continuous learning.
Requirements
- 5+ years of UI/UX design experience, preferably in fintech or B2B SaaS.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user‑centered design, interaction design, and responsive layouts.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present design concepts to technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Experience with design systems, version control, and Agile development workflows.
