About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design high‑voltage transmission lines (69kV to 765kV) using industry standards and PLS‑CADD software.
- Mentor and train junior design engineers, fostering technical growth and knowledge transfer.
- Coordinate design activities to guarantee installation and operation meet client requirements, codes, and internal processes.
- Prepare clear, concise technical reports and studies that align with client expectations and internal formatting guidelines.
- Conduct independent reviews of calculations, drawings, and transmission line models to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Extensive experience in high‑voltage transmission line design and PLS‑CADD.
- Excellent communication skills for report writing and team collaboration.
- Proven ability to lead and develop engineering teams.
