- Drive the recruitment, onboarding, and professional growth of new tools talent.
- Oversee code reviews, enforce coding standards, and maintain architectural integrity across the tools stack.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure rapid, reliable delivery of tools updates.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in C++ and Python, with a strong grasp of software engineering best practices.
- Proven track record managing and scaling tools teams in a fast‑paced game development environment.
- Deep familiarity with Git, branching strategies, and automated testing.
- Hands‑on experience with Unity (or similar engine) tooling and pipeline integration.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for mentoring junior developers.
