QA Engineer
Lead Test Engineer responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automated test frameworks using Selenium and Java, driving quality across multiple product lines in an Agile environment.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable automated test suites with Selenium and Java, ensuring high coverage and maintainability.
- Lead a team of test engineers, providing mentorship, code reviews, and fostering best practices.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, optimizing build times and reliability.
- Collaborate closely with product, development, and QA teams to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze test results, identify root causes, and drive continuous improvement of testing processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in test automation with Selenium and Java.
- Strong knowledge of TestNG, Maven, and Git for version control.
- Proven experience leading a testing team in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a passion for quality assurance.
