QA Engineer
Lead Test Engineer driving end‑to‑end test strategy for AI‑enabled digital solutions, leveraging Python, Selenium, PyTest and CI/CD pipelines to ensure high quality and rapid delivery.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain automated test suites for complex AI‑enabled web and mobile applications using Python, Selenium and PyTest.
- Lead the test strategy, including test planning, risk assessment, and defect management across multiple product lines.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins) to enable continuous quality checks.
- Collaborate with product, engineering and data science teams to define testable requirements and validate AI model outputs.
- Mentor and coach junior test engineers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in test engineering with a strong focus on Python automation.
- Proven expertise in Selenium, PyTest, and related testing frameworks.
- Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins) and containerization (Docker).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex business requirements into robust test cases.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
