About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide tier‑3 technical support for AI‑powered fleet safety hardware and software deployed on edge devices.
- Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to computer‑vision pipelines, Linux OS, networking, and cloud connectivity (AWS).
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to reproduce bugs, develop workarounds, and drive root‑cause analysis.
- Mentor junior support staff, create knowledge‑base articles, and improve support processes.
- Assist customers with integration, configuration, and performance tuning of edge computing solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on technical support or engineering experience in AI/IoT or related fields.
- Strong proficiency with Linux systems, networking protocols, and scripting in Python.
- Solid understanding of computer‑vision concepts and edge‑computing architectures.
- Experience deploying and troubleshooting cloud services on AWS.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical details for non‑technical stakeholders.
