About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle of simulation programs, from concept through delivery, ensuring alignment with product and engineering roadmaps.
- Lead cross‑functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and QA to define scope, milestones, and success metrics.
- Implement agile practices, facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with product, safety, and research stakeholders to translate technical requirements into actionable plans.
- Track progress, mitigate risks, and communicate status to senior leadership and external partners.
Requirements
- 10+ years of program or project management experience in a high‑tech or automotive environment.
- Proven track record delivering complex simulation or software projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Passion for autonomous vehicle technology and a collaborative, data‑driven mindset.
