About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale payments platform programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Define and execute program roadmaps using Agile methodologies, coordinating cross‑functional teams of engineers, product owners, and operations.
- Manage program budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies while reporting status to senior leadership.
- Drive technical design decisions for cloud‑native microservices, leveraging AWS services to achieve scalability, security, and performance.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication, translating technical concepts into business value and ensuring consensus across commercial and investment banking units.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading complex technology programs, preferably in payments or financial services.
- Proven expertise in Agile/SAFe frameworks and program governance.
- Strong technical background with hands‑on experience in cloud platforms (AWS) and microservices architecture.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of influencing senior executives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree or PMP/CSM certification a plus.
