Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver complex Google Cloud solutions, driving strategy, execution, and stakeholder alignment while ensuring high quality, on‑time delivery and continuous improvement.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale Google Cloud initiatives, from concept through launch and post‑launch optimization.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, sales, and support teams to define scope, set realistic timelines, and allocate resources.
- Apply Agile and hybrid project management frameworks to manage multiple concurrent streams, track progress, and mitigate risks.
- Communicate status, risks, and opportunities to executive stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned, refining processes, and fostering a culture of accountability.
Requirements
- 10+ years of program or project management experience in a technology environment, with at least 5 years leading cloud‑based initiatives.
- Proven track record delivering complex, multi‑team projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of Google Cloud Platform services and cloud architecture principles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Certified PMP, PgMP, or equivalent Agile certifications preferred.
