Senior mentor who leads an AI/ML training floor, guiding cohorts from Python fundamentals to production‑grade Generative AI projects, enforcing engineering best practices, and preparing participants for technical interviews.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute end‑to‑end technical curricula covering Python, data science, machine learning, and Generative AI production pipelines.
- Lead daily stand‑ups, code reviews, and Git workflow enforcement to instill professional engineering habits.
- Mentor participants through hands‑on projects, ensuring they build deployable AI solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS.
- Provide interview preparation, including system design, algorithmic problem solving, and AI‑focused technical questions.
- Collaborate with curriculum designers and senior engineers to continuously improve training content and delivery.
Requirements
- 8+ years of hands‑on experience in Python development, machine learning, and Generative AI.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams or mentoring engineers in a production environment.
- Deep understanding of Git version control, CI/CD practices, and cloud services (preferably AWS).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience designing and delivering technical training or bootcamps is a strong plus.
