Lead Technical Artist responsible for designing and maintaining art pipelines, creating tools, and optimizing workflows across Maya, Unity, and Unreal Engine using Python, C#, and shader programming.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain end‑to‑end art pipelines for AAA projects.
- Build and support custom tools in Python, MEL, and C# to streamline artist workflows.
- Collaborate with artists, designers, and engineers to implement efficient shader solutions and real‑time rendering techniques.
- Optimize asset pipelines for performance on Unity and Unreal Engine platforms.
- Provide technical guidance and training to art teams on pipeline best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Artist in a AAA studio.
