About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end‑to‑end architecture of complex IT systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
- Define and champion cloud strategy, selecting appropriate services and managing migration plans.
- Collaborate with data teams to design robust data models, pipelines, and analytics solutions.
- Guide cross‑functional teams through Agile practices, delivering incremental value and maintaining technical excellence.
- Establish and enforce architectural standards, governance, and best practices across projects.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in enterprise architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and data architecture.
- Strong background in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and driving architectural decisions in a regulated environment.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a passion for continuous improvement.
