About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate requirements‑gathering workshops with business stakeholders to capture functional and non‑functional needs.
- Translate business objectives into detailed functional specifications, use cases, and user stories.
- Partner with solution architects, developers, and QA teams to design, build, and test integrated enterprise applications.
- Coordinate cross‑functional delivery, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and regulatory compliance are met.
- Maintain traceability matrices and support change‑control processes throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or technical analyst roles within the financial services sector.
- Proven expertise in enterprise application integration, data mapping, and system interfaces.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and experience driving iterative delivery.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Hands‑on experience with SQL for data validation and reporting.
