About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive system and test validation plans for high‑performance computing products.
- Design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks using Python and C/C++ to accelerate validation cycles.
- Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and software teams to define test requirements, identify defects, and drive resolution.
- Analyze test results, generate detailed reports, and provide actionable insights to improve product quality and performance.
- Mentor and coach junior validation engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in system or test validation within the semiconductor or high‑performance computing industry.
- Strong proficiency in Python and C/C++ for test automation and data analysis.
- Deep understanding of hardware validation concepts, test methodology, and debugging techniques.
- Experience with test frameworks, continuous integration, and performance profiling tools.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams.
