Lead Systems Engineer - Triumph Group

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the definition, development, integration, and certification of hydro‑electromechanical actuation and control systems across the full systems‑engineering lifecycle.
• Provide architectural direction, ensuring system integrity and performance standards are met from concept through production.
• Drive supplier technical performance, negotiating specifications, managing deliverables, and ensuring compliance with project requirements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align system design with product strategy and customer expectations.
• Oversee documentation, testing, and validation activities to support certification and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in systems engineering for complex electromechanical or hydro‑actuation platforms.
• Strong background in control systems design, architecture, and integration.
• Proven ability to manage supplier relationships and technical performance.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Experience with certification processes and lifecycle management in a regulated environment.
