Systems Engineer
Lead the systems engineering vision for TSN-enabled Digital Backbone modernization, driving architecture strategy, integration, and end-to-end verification while ensuring scalable lab capabilities.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and evolution of the systems architecture for Time Sensitive Networking (TSN) enabled Digital Backbone initiatives.
- Define and enforce Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) processes, ensuring traceability from requirements through verification.
- Coordinate cross‑functional integration efforts, managing interfaces between hardware, software, and network components.
- Oversee verification and validation activities, establishing test plans, metrics, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Drive continuous improvement of lab capabilities, focusing on scalability, performance, and long‑term sustainability.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in systems engineering with a strong background in MBSE.
- Deep knowledge of Time Sensitive Networking (TSN) protocols and Digital Backbone architectures.
- Proven ability to design and implement end‑to‑end integration and verification strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset and a proactive, self‑starting attitude.
