Systems Engineer
Lead design, implementation, and lifecycle management of scalable, secure enterprise systems across cloud and on‑prem environments, driving modernization, automation, and cross‑functional delivery.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and deliver scalable, secure infrastructure solutions across cloud and on‑prem environments.
- Lead systems integration projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, testing, and production rollout.
- Define and enforce system architecture standards, best practices, and security controls.
- Mentor and coach engineers and administrators, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Drive automation initiatives using IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of mission‑critical services.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in systems engineering, with a strong background in cloud (AWS) and on‑prem infrastructure.
- Proficiency in Python, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD tooling.
- Deep understanding of security best practices, compliance, and automation.
- Excellent communication, mentorship, and project management skills.
- Experience leading large‑scale integration and modernization initiatives.
