About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead systems engineering activities for the Helios program, ensuring alignment with technical specifications and program milestones.
- Manage the technical baseline, documenting changes, and maintaining traceability across all system components.
- Coordinate host integration efforts, overseeing test planning, execution, and defect resolution.
- Act as the primary technical liaison with stakeholders, translating requirements into actionable engineering tasks.
- Identify and mitigate technical debt, driving continuous improvement in development and deployment processes.
Requirements
- Senior-level experience in systems engineering within complex, multi‑disciplinary programs.
- Proficiency in requirements engineering, technical baseline management, and integration testing.
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder coordination and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Ability to work under a Secret clearance and obtain SAP Lead status.
