Data Analyst
Lead Systems Business Analyst driving financial reporting, data reconciliation, and compliance for loan-level revenue and warehouse activity using SQL and advanced reporting tools.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with business stakeholders to capture and document process requirements.
- Develop and support static and ad‑hoc reports for business users, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Lead OCC compliance reporting, including data quality checks and audit support for HMDA and Regulation B.
- Perform intra‑month and month‑end general ledger reconciliations for CMG revenue and resolve loan‑level revenue variances.
- Reconcile and analyze CMG warehouse line activity, balances, interest income, and funding charges.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in business analysis and financial reporting within a banking or financial services environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data manipulation for report generation and reconciliation.
- Deep understanding of OCC, HMDA, and Regulation B reporting requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high‑quality results under tight deadlines.
