Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop high‑performance surveillance solutions for critical national security missions.
- Lead a multidisciplinary engineering team, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship.
- Integrate and automate data collection, analysis, and reporting pipelines using Python and C++ on Linux platforms.
- Ensure system security and resilience through rigorous risk assessments, threat modeling, and implementation of network security best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, establish performance metrics, and deliver solutions on schedule.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in surveillance, monitoring, or related engineering roles, with a proven track record of leading technical teams.
- Strong proficiency in Python and C++ development on Linux operating systems.
- Deep understanding of network security principles, risk assessment methodologies, and secure coding practices.
- Active Security Clearance (or ability to obtain) and experience working in a classified environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
