Lead SRE driving secure, reliable delivery across the SDLC, defining quality gates, SLOs, and resilience practices to ensure production-ready releases.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and enforce quality gates across requirements, design, secure coding, testing, release, and post‑production monitoring.
- Translate business objectives into clear SLOs and embed SRE requirements into design and build phases.
- Partner with Product Owners and engineering leadership to challenge assumptions and sharpen Definition of Done.
- Govern operational readiness, quality gates, and resilience practices for every release.
- Lead continuous improvement of monitoring, alerting, and incident response processes.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in Site Reliability Engineering, with a strong focus on security and reliability.
- Deep knowledge of SDLC best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and SLO/SLI definition.
- Proficiency in monitoring, alerting, and incident management tools.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
- Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms and automation tools.
