About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery sessions with prospects, translating business requirements into scalable SaaS solutions.
- Architect and demonstrate cloud integrations (e.g., API, middleware) that align with customer architecture and security standards.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to shape product roadmap based on customer feedback.
- Deliver high‑impact presentations, proofs of concept, and ROI analyses to C‑level stakeholders.
- Mentor junior solutions engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering or technical pre‑sales for SaaS platforms.
- Strong knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and integration patterns.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Proven track record of closing enterprise deals and driving customer success.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
