Lead - Solutions Engineer

As a Lead Solutions Engineer at Freshworks, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of technical solutions for our customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and develop innovative solutions that meet their requirements. You will also be responsible for providing technical guidance and support to internal teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement technical solutions for customers
• Lead cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and develop solutions
• Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams and customers
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
• Collaborate with product teams to identify and prioritize technical requirements

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a technical solutions engineering role
• Strong technical skills in Python, Node.js, Machine Learning, and AWS
• Experience working with cloud-based technologies and SaaS platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
