Lead - Solution Engineer

As a Lead Solution Engineer at Freshworks, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of technical solutions for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and develop innovative solutions that meet their business objectives. You will also be responsible for mentoring and guiding junior engineers to help them grow in their careers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement technical solutions for clients
• Lead cross-functional teams to understand client needs and develop solutions
• Mentor and guide junior engineers
• Develop and maintain technical expertise in areas such as Python, Node.js, Machine Learning, and AWS
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in a technical solution engineering role
• Proven track record of designing and implementing successful technical solutions
• Strong technical expertise in areas such as Python, Node.js, Machine Learning, and AWS
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
