About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy production‑grade AI/ML use cases on the enterprise platform.
- Architect scalable pipelines using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch, ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with product and platform teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Lead code reviews, provide mentorship, and promote best practices in model development and deployment.
- Utilize AWS services and Kubernetes for model hosting, monitoring, and continuous integration.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a strong portfolio of production deployments.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch, plus experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS AI/ML services (SageMaker, Lambda, ECS).
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to communicate complex concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Strong leadership mindset and a track record of mentoring junior engineers.
