About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the front‑end architecture for a latency‑sensitive trading platform, ensuring sub‑millisecond response times.
- Lead a small team of developers, mentoring code quality, best practices, and continuous integration.
- Collaborate with product, design, and control teams to translate business requirements into intuitive, high‑signal user flows.
- Implement and maintain a robust WebSocket‑based data layer, handling real‑time market data and order execution.
- Drive performance tuning, profiling, and automated testing to meet strict uptime and compliance standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional front‑end development, with deep expertise in React and TypeScript.
- Proven experience building real‑time, low‑latency UIs for financial or high‑frequency trading environments.
- Strong knowledge of WebSocket, REST, and state management patterns (Redux, Zustand, etc.).
- Hands‑on experience with design systems, component libraries, and accessibility best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset in an Agile, cross‑functional setting.
