Lead Software Engineer - Service Now Platform System Administrator - Societe Generale

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the stability, usability, and performance of ServiceNow environments.
• Execute application maintenance and configuration tasks to support business processes.
• Provide incident support for ServiceNow applications, troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly.
• Lead software release activities, delivering configuration changes and new features.
• Manage and optimize ServiceNow environments, ensuring best practices and compliance.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with ServiceNow platform administration and configuration.
• Strong knowledge of incident management and support processes.
• Proficiency in managing software releases and environment maintenance.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Effective communication skills in English and French (preferred).
