Software Engineer
Lead a high‑performing team delivering large‑scale database inventory solutions, driving architecture, data modeling, and cloud deployments while guiding strategy and complex technical initiatives.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of database inventory management projects, overseeing design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Architect and govern conceptual, logical, and physical data models to ensure scalability and high performance.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define long‑term technical strategies and roadmap for large‑scale initiatives.
- Mentor and guide engineers in best practices for coding, code reviews, and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that improve system reliability, security, and cost efficiency.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience with strong proficiency in Java and SQL.
- Demonstrated expertise in data modeling and designing high‑throughput database systems.
- Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, including deployment and infrastructure automation.
- Proven track record leading technical teams using Agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to assess complex technical challenges.
