Key Responsibilities
- Architect, design, develop, test, and deploy scalable full‑stack applications using .NET and React.
- Lead technical discussions, code reviews, and mentoring of junior engineers to ensure high code quality and best practices.
- Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to translate business requirements into robust, maintainable solutions.

Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with .NET (C#) and React.
- Strong understanding of full‑stack architecture, RESTful services, and modern front‑end patterns.
- Proven experience in Agile/Scrum environments, leading or participating in sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, with a focus on performance, security, and maintainability.
- Effective communication skills and ability to mentor and collaborate across cross‑functional teams.
