Lead a high‑impact full‑stack team building enterprise‑grade Gen AI solutions on AWS, driving standards, architecture, and delivery across the organization.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end design, coding, testing, and deployment of large‑scale, cloud‑native applications that integrate Gen AI capabilities.
- Establish and enforce engineering best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines for cross‑functional teams.
- Architect scalable, secure solutions on AWS using services such as Lambda, ECS, and SageMaker, and containerize workloads with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Mentor and coach senior developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with product, data science, and security stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software development experience with a strong focus on full‑stack engineering.
- Proficiency in Python, Node.js, and modern front‑end frameworks (React/Vue).
- Deep experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Hands‑on expertise in Gen AI technologies (LLMs, embeddings, prompt engineering).
- Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of leading high‑performing engineering teams.
