About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement complex, reusable React components and patterns that power the observability platform’s user interface.
- Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to translate business requirements into clean, maintainable code.
- Champion best practices in performance optimization, accessibility, and responsive design across multiple browsers and devices.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers, fostering a culture of code quality, continuous learning, and peer review.
- Lead code reviews, set coding standards, and drive adoption of modern tooling (Webpack, Babel, Jest, Storybook).
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional frontend development experience, with 3+ years in a senior or lead role.
- Deep expertise in React, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), and CSS/SCSS.
- Proven track record of delivering high‑traffic, data‑rich web applications at scale.
- Strong understanding of web performance, accessibility (WCAG), and security best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
