Software Engineer
Lead the technical vision for two high‑impact data feed platforms, driving architecture, scalability, and delivery of real‑time financial data to investment professionals using Python, Node.js, React, and AWS.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the technical strategy for two strategic product platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
- Architect and implement scalable, high‑throughput data pipelines and microservices using Python, Node.js, and AWS services.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate product requirements into robust, maintainable codebases.
- Mentor and guide a team of engineers, fostering best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
- Drive continuous improvement of performance, reliability, and security across the platform.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on backend and full‑stack development.
- Proficiency in Python, Node.js, and React, with hands‑on experience building production‑grade services.
- Deep knowledge of AWS architecture, including Lambda, ECS/EKS, S3, and RDS.
- Experience designing and scaling microservices and data pipelines for real‑time analytics.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to lead technical teams.
