Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high‑performance trading integration services in a cloud‑native environment.
- Lead DevOps initiatives: automate build, test, and deployment pipelines with CI/CD tools and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define architecture, enforce coding standards, and ensure security and compliance across all releases.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to guarantee system reliability and rapid incident response.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices in software quality and performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong background in Java or Python.
- Proven expertise in AWS services (EC2, ECS, EKS, S3, RDS) and containerization technologies.
- Hands‑on experience building CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
- Solid understanding of trading systems, market data feeds, and financial protocols.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, strong communication, and a collaborative mindset.
