Lead the design, deployment, and support of high‑availability trading technology, driving automation, monitoring, and security across cloud and on‑prem environments.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain CI/CD pipelines for rapid, reliable delivery of trading platform components.
- Lead incident response and root‑cause analysis for production outages, ensuring minimal impact on market operations.
- Implement and manage monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions to provide real‑time visibility into system health.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define and enforce security best practices and compliance requirements.
- Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on DevOps and production support.
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash) and configuration management (Ansible, Terraform).
- Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD) and automated testing frameworks.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, strong communication, and a proven track record in high‑stakes, low‑latency environments.
