Software Engineer
Lead Software Engineer driving design, development, and delivery of scalable event‑management solutions using Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and cloud technologies such as AWS and Kubernetes.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and implement high‑performance microservice solutions for the event management platform.
- Lead a cross‑functional engineering team through Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and mentorship.
- Drive continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or CircleCI.
- Collaborate with product, UX, and data teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Ensure reliability, scalability, and security of services deployed on AWS and orchestrated with Kubernetes.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 3 years in a lead or technical lead role.
- Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot for building RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda) and container orchestration using Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in CI/CD tooling and automated testing frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to work in Agile environments and mentor junior engineers.
