About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a cross‑functional team to design, develop, and deploy a NextGen orchestration platform that leverages advanced AI for fraud detection and customer trust assessment.
- Architect scalable, secure Java services on AWS, ensuring high availability, performance, and compliance with banking regulations.
- Drive code quality through rigorous reviews, automated testing, and continuous integration/continuous delivery pipelines.
- Collaborate with data scientists to integrate machine‑learning models into production workflows, monitoring model performance and drift.
- Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and agile best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, with deep expertise in Java and AWS services (Lambda, ECS, S3, RDS).
- Proven track record building AI/ML‑enabled fraud detection or risk assessment systems.
- Strong understanding of secure coding practices, data privacy, and regulatory compliance in financial services.
- Experience with agile methodologies, CI/CD, and container orchestration.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
