About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain AI platform services using Python and Java on AWS, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Lead a cross‑functional agile team, driving sprint planning, code reviews, and continuous integration/continuous delivery pipelines.
- Design and implement scalable data pipelines and machine‑learning workflows, leveraging Kubernetes and container orchestration.
- Collaborate with data scientists to translate models into production‑ready services, optimizing for latency and throughput.
- Ensure security, compliance, and best practices across the platform, conducting regular audits and performance tuning.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with a strong background in AI/ML platform development.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, and AWS services (ECS, EKS, S3, Lambda).
- Hands‑on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Deep understanding of machine‑learning model deployment and monitoring.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of leading technical teams.
