About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement AI platform services using Python and Node.js, ensuring performance, security, and scalability.
- Design and maintain end‑to‑end machine learning pipelines, from data ingestion to model deployment.
- Lead a cross‑functional agile team, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship.
- Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and infrastructure teams to translate business requirements into robust solutions.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes) for rapid, reliable releases.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize platform performance in a cloud environment (AWS).
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on AI/ML platforms.
- Proficiency in Python, Node.js, and SQL.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS services (S3, EC2, SageMaker, Lambda).
- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD tooling.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to lead technical teams.
