About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and deploy scalable generative AI and multi‑agent systems that enhance risk assessment workflows.
- Lead a cross‑functional team of engineers, setting coding standards, code reviews, and best practices for AI engineering.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists, product managers, and business stakeholders to translate risk business requirements into end‑to‑end AI solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement of model performance, data pipelines, and infrastructure, ensuring high availability and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning, experimentation, and technical excellence.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on AI/ML product development.
- Proficiency in Python, deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow), and experience with generative models (e.g., GPT, LLMs).
- Hands‑on experience designing and deploying multi‑agent systems and advanced NLP pipelines.
- Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of leading technical teams in a fast‑paced environment.
