About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop high‑performance Python back‑end services that ingest, process, and store trillions of execution signals.
- Design and implement distributed, fault‑tolerant systems to train and ground AI agents at scale.
- Lead a team of engineers, providing technical mentorship, code reviews, and fostering a culture of rapid, high‑quality delivery.
- Collaborate with product, data science, and security teams to ensure AI models are reliable, compliant, and production‑ready.
- Drive adoption of cloud‑native best practices (e.g., containerization, CI/CD, observability) to support hyper‑growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional Python development experience, with deep knowledge of async programming, performance optimization, and testing.
- Strong background in machine learning or AI systems, including model training pipelines and inference serving.
- Proven experience building distributed, cloud‑based architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and handling large‑scale data processing.
- Demonstrated leadership ability to guide engineering teams through complex technical challenges.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a passion for delivering reliable, production‑grade AI solutions.
