Security Engineer
Lead the design and implementation of IGA solutions, driving identity governance, exposure management, and AI‑enhanced MDR to protect enterprise assets and accelerate threat response.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver end‑to‑end IGA solutions that integrate with existing IAM, MDR, and exposure management platforms.
- Define and enforce identity governance policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
- Collaborate with security operations to embed AI‑driven insights into the entity fabric, enhancing threat detection and response.
- Lead cross‑functional teams in the deployment of risk programs, continuously improving identity risk scoring and remediation workflows.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineers, fostering a culture of security excellence.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IAM/IGA, exposure management, or related security domains.
- Proficiency with identity governance tools (e.g., SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta) and MDR platforms.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts applied to security and risk analytics.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex security concepts to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Hands‑on experience with entity‑fabric or data‑mesh architectures is a plus.
