Lead Security Architect - Talent Locker

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and enforce security controls for complex, highly sensitive programmes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to embed security into the development lifecycle, providing guidance on secure design, threat modelling, and risk mitigation.
• Lead security assessments, penetration testing, and incident response activities, driving continuous improvement of security posture.
• Develop and maintain security architecture frameworks, policies, and best‑practice documentation for cloud and on‑premises environments.
• Mentor and coach cross‑functional teams on secure coding, secure deployment, and DevSecOps practices.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in security architecture, with a proven track record in mission‑critical environments.
• Deep expertise in cloud security (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and secure design principles.
• Strong knowledge of risk assessment, threat modelling, and incident response frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex security concepts to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are highly desirable.
